    Collapse Overview
    Collapse overview
I am a molecular epidemiologist whose research interests include structural birth defects and childhood cancer. I use large-scale, population-based data in combination with metabolomics and genomics approaches to identify factors associated with these phenotypes, and to understand the molecular basis for their tendency to co-occur. My pre-doctoral work was in nutritional epidemiology, and I maintain an interest in the associations of nutritional status with birth defects and childhood cancer. I am active in several national and international organizations, including the Children’s Oncology Group, Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention, and Childhood Leukemia International Consortium.

PMC Citations indicate the number of times the publication was cited by articles in PubMed Central, and the Altmetric score represents citations in news articles and social media. (Note that publications are often cited in additional ways that are not shown here.) Fields are based on how the National Library of Medicine (NLM) classifies the publication's journal and might not represent the specific topic of the publication. Translation tags are based on the publication type and the MeSH terms NLM assigns to the publication.
