Specific aims of this study are:
(1) To describe clinical and biochemical characteristics of patients with suspected MODY in the ethnically/racially diverse pediatric patient population at Texas Children’s Hospital.
(2) To identify novel genetic variants in genes regulating insulin secretion using whole exome sequencing in patients with clinically-suspected MODY who had previous negative genetic test results.
