    Dr. Malbari completed her undergraduate and medical education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Albany Medical College, through the accelerated Physician-Scientist Program, where she received a distinction in research. She completed her Pediatric and Child Neurology residency training at Cohen Children’s Medical Center, Hofstra Northwell Health School of Medicine. She then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Neuro-oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Malbari is the neurologist for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Program and also manages oncology patients with neurologic problems.

    Dr. Malbari is board certified in Neuro-Oncology by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties, Neurology with special qualifications in child-neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.
